If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

8.1 Rights of 7z999

7z999 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification or the KYC process.
• Detection of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Instructions from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

8.2 Account Closure at User Request

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Requests for a voluntary account break or permanent closure for the purpose of responsible gaming are accepted.

8.3 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any valid balance will be returned via the relevant payment method, subject to the withdrawal terms.
